The Division of Climate and Environmental Physics, Physics Institute of the University of Bern, seeks a Postdoc.

The postdoc will work in the field of climate and environmental research. The main research objectives are in the field of biogeochemical cycles. The tasks will mainly involve the analysis and evaluation of data obtained with various instruments (mass spectrometer and laser instruments for isotope measurements as well as several CO2 and O2 concentration units and peripherals) by the successful candidate. This includes measurements at the institute, but also at external stations. Within this framework, the successful candidate will be required to visit national and international partner institutions and participate in project meetings.••We offer• Collaboration with national and international partner institutions

• Postdoc position for two years (potentially extendable)Expectations / Prerequisites:• PhD in Physics, environmental sciences or a similar discipline, preferably experimental oriented
• In-depth experiences in data analysis and database programming (FileMaker, Python and R)
• Experiences in experimental work
