One PhD student position is available in Zampieri laboratory at the Max Delbrück Center in Berlin, Germany (https://www.mdc-berlin.de/zampieri). The laboratory is focused on understanding the development and function of spinal circuits for sensory integration and motor control. We combine mouse genetics, molecular profiling, viral tracing techniques, and behavioural analysis to study how spinal circuits are wired during development and reveal their roles in motor control.

Computational Postdoc in Developmental & Organoid Biology in Berlin (m/f/d)

The Mittnenzweig lab develops new quantitative approaches to biomedical data, with a particular focus on single-cell multiome, genomic and spatial transcriptomics data. We are interested in building quantitative models of the regulatory code and the intercellular signals that drive cell fate decisions in development and disease and how this code has evolved during animal evolution. In collaboration with experimental groups, we are working on vertebrate development and organoid models that reconstitute embryonic development and disease processes.

Our group is looking for a highly motivated postdoc (m/f/d) to develop new machine learning methods in the context of mammalian embryonic and organoid development.
