We are looking to recruit a number of Student Ambassadors to work as part of a larger team providing support to students registering for their studies using the University’s Online Registration and MyCurriculum systems. The Registration Support Service operates throughout the main registration periods of January and August-September/October.Acting as a first point of contact for users of both the University’s Online Registration system and MyCurriculum (the University’s online course selection tool), the successful candidates will respond to enquiries primarily via web-chat and email, and occasionally by telephone. There may also be opportunities to provide face-to-face support at the Registration Support helpdesk at the Old Aberdeen campus. Previous experience in customer-facing roles with office or administrative experience would therefore be advantageous. Training will be given on the various University systems used by the Registration Support Service.
