Qualifications & skills required:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Career Guidance Services or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field for Master’s degree holders, and 8 years for Bachelor’s degree holders.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership abilities, strategic planning, and effective communication skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding professional certifications such as Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP).
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide tailored career guidance and individual counseling sessions.
- Organize workshops on CV writing and interview preparation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to secure internships and job placements.
