The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Basel, Switzerland, invites applications for an Assistant Professorship (Tenure Track) in International Economics to begin on August 1, 2022.
Your position
The appointment will be at the level of an Assistant Professor with an evaluation for tenure after five years.
The professorship involves teaching degree courses at the Bachelor’s and Master’s level and contributing to the faculty’s doctoral program. The teaching commitment amounts to 4 hours per week each semester. Teaching duties may be carried out in English.

The research focus of the successful candidate should lie in the area of international economics, including trade and international macroeconomics.
