Oversight includes ensuring timely and accurate payments and compliance with government regulations for taxation and reporting. The Director will create strategies to streamline the end-to-end processes, increase transparency and communication with stakeholders, implement automation and industry best practices. The Director will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and reporting on key metrics for areas of responsibility and ensuring related teams meet established metric driven goals.
